At Herary, we are committed to delivering stylish, high-quality clothing swiftly and securely across the UK. Whether you're shopping for everyday wear or statement pieces, our goal is to get your order to your doorstep in excellent condition.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £50. For orders below £50, a flat delivery charge of £3.99 applies.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery Time: Your order will arrive within 2–5 business days, via Royal Mail or a trusted courier.
If your order is cancelled before shipping, or if it is lost or not delivered, we will issue a full refund, including any shipping charges (for prepaid orders).
How do I check the status of my order?
After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, a second email will be sent with a tracking link so you can follow your package's journey.

How can I check if Herary delivers to my postcode?
We currently deliver to most UK postcodes. If you’d like to confirm delivery availability for your area, please reach out to our support team.
Why is Cash on Delivery (COD) not available in my area?
At this time, Herary only supports prepaid orders. If Cash on Delivery becomes available in your area, it will be reflected at checkout.
Can I get my order delivered faster?
Currently, we do not offer express or same-day shipping services. If we introduce expedited delivery options in the future, we’ll notify eligible customers via our website or email.
What if I receive a damaged, incomplete, or incorrect order?
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears tampered with, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be considered.
To help us resolve the issue quickly:
- Do not wear or use the item
- Keep all original packaging and tags
- Take photos of the outer package, product(s), and any visible damage
- Provide a short description of the issue
Once we investigate, we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate. Refunds apply to both prepaid and (where available) COD orders, and will be processed after verification.
