At Herary, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience and high-quality clothing. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, you can request a return in accordance with the policy outlined below.
Return Window
- Free returns within 7 days of delivery
- Standard returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Items must be returned in a resalable condition
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain clothing items are non-returnable, including:
- Lingerie and undergarments
- Jewelry and personal accessories
- Holiday-specific apparel and accessories
- Swimwear (if hygiene seals are removed)
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different size, style, or color, please return your item and place a new order.

Refunds
- Refunds will be processed after the item passes a quality check
- Please allow 5–7 business days after receipt for the refund to be credited to your original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return was initiated within 7 days of delivery
Additional Information
- If your order included a free gift or promotional item, it must be returned to receive the full refund
- Items returned beyond 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted
- Herary is not responsible for any additional or incorrect items returned in error
